“Shaping the product: how to start from a blank”

At the beginning of the design process, we often have nothing more than just an idea or possible business opportunity. What to do next is usually the most crucial and challenging point that will decide whether the idea will become a successful product or get lost in the mass. In this talk, I’ll share my experience in planning and leading product discovery workshops, defining UX design strategy, and setting up projects from scratch.

Elena Crnković is a product and mobile design leader at Bornfight. Experienced in working on large scale digital products and mobile apps where she is leading the design process and UX strategy from discovery to a successful product. As a team lead, her role is also to manage and scale her design team, introduce new processes, approaches, and services, provide direction for the team members, and help them grow in their careers.
