Steph Bauer is Cognizant’s North America Product Management Lead. In her role, she is responsible for building a team of Product Managers who develop innovative and valuable digital solutions for their clients. Steph has developed products across numerous industries and loves coaching others on how to be successful in a Product Management role. Steph currently lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Matt and their Mini Bernedoodle, Bailey, who is a very good boy.
