“From startup to scaleup – how to scale your product strategy”

When a company is growing from startup and becoming more like a scale-up, this comes with many challenges in terms of organization – how to work efficiently in a large group of people, how to split the work so that everyone has a focus yet nothing falls between the cracks, and most importantly – how to start planning ahead and develop your own sense & pace of product strategy planning. In my talk, I would like to share my experience with these challenges, and propose some tools & techniques on how you can use your startup strengths to help you bring more long-term vision into play.

Tanja works as a Product Manager at MVP Workshop. She holds a MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, and spent 10 yrs leading projects in Telecommunications, before shifting her career to Product Management. At MVP Workshop, Tanja is helping create innovative products based on blockchain, and constantly exploring innovative business cases for this emerging technology. She is a mother of 2 toddlers, passionate about skiing, and she will never decline singing a song or two.
