“Shaping the Mindset”

In my “Shaping the Mindset” talk I’ve shared the personal experience of becoming a self-taught UX/UI designer, how my diverse background in photography, journalism, fashion design and parenting became my competitive advantage and some lessons I’ve learned along the way. The talk would fit in the Career Hacks category.

Antonija is skilled in taking projects from the ground up and following them through the development phase. She has extensive experience working on global digital products as a freelancer and in an agency. Her mindset is entrepreneurial and communication inclusive and, as a result, she solves problems and moves things forward. Other than work, Antonija is an active member of IxDA Croatia, contributing to UX Meetup organisation and other IxDA activities.
