Jenny Zhao is Director of Product Management at Asurion, a global company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee that helps people protect, connect and enjoy all their tech. She leads cross-functional teams to build tools for millions of customers. Additionally, she’s passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion at Asurion and locally in the Nashville tech community. Prior to Asurion, Jenny worked in operations and sales leadership, specializing in building high performing teams during high growth periods in distributed markets. Jenny holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles, which fueled her love for learning about human perspectives, behaviors, and psychology.
